How to read a GIA report
If you have a GIA report, you can quickly share the fields below to speed up evaluation.
The 6 fields buyers care about most
- Report number (lets us verify it quickly)
- Carat weight
- Shape (round, oval, cushion…)
- Color & clarity
- Cut grade (for round brilliant)
- Fluorescence + comments (if any)
Pro tip
Send a photo of the report number and the stone (top + side profile). If it’s mounted, include a photo of the setting and any chips or wear.
