Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended for privacy and to ensure a specialist is available. Walk-ins may be possible depending on the day.
Can I start online?
Yes. Send a few clear photos and any paperwork and we’ll provide an initial range, then confirm details in person.
What should I bring?
Clear photos, certificates/lab reports, and any box & papers. Watches: model/serial. Gold: karat stamp. Diamonds: lab report number.
How fast do you pay?
In most cases, payment is same-day after evaluation and agreement on terms.
