What to bring (checklist)
Use this as a simple prep list for the fastest, most accurate evaluation. If you don’t have everything, that’s okay — we’ll guide you.
Required
- Valid photo ID (required for purchases)
- The item(s) you want evaluated
Helpful
- Any receipts or prior appraisals
- Original box / papers (especially for watches)
- Clear photos (if you’re starting online)
By category
- Diamonds: GIA/IGI certificate (if available), side profile photo, measurements
- Gold jewelry: any visible stamps (10K/14K/18K), approximate weight (if known)
- Watches: brand/model, box & papers, service history (if any)
- Custom work: inspiration photos, budget range, target timeline
Tip: If you’re sending photos, use indirect daylight and include close-ups + a wider shot. If you have a certificate, include a photo of the full certificate.
